The shocking data in the Jerusalem Post article we shared is very sadly an inevitable side effect of the ongoing war, and PTSD affecting not only soldiers but also civilians, men, women and children.
However we at the Israel Guide Dog Centre are absolutely determined to move full steam ahead and make sure that, when these individuals have gone through the initial physical and psychological rehabilitation stages and are ready to be partnered with a guide dog or a service dog, that we will be ready for them.
