As we kick-off the new year, we are pleased to share that 2024 was a record year at the Centre, creating 96 life-transforming partnerships.
We are proud to be one of the top 20 guide dog schools in the world (out of 97 members in the International Federation), partnering such high numbers of clients and dogs every year.
However, we are not sitting on our laurels. In light of the huge growth in demand, especially for our PTSD Service Dogs and our Emotional Support Dogs, we have developed an ambitious 5-year plan to enable a significant growth in our capacity.
By 2029 we aim to almost double the number of partnerships we achieve with 165–170 clients having their lives transformed by our wonderful guide and service dogs.
