|WORK||Former police officer|

|PARTNER||Bingo – female yellow Labrador|
Galit lives with her partner and two sons in Eilat on the Red Sea at the very southern tip of Israel. When she gave birth to her second son she suffered a rare type of brain haemorrhage which caused her to suffer balance issues and partial blindness.
Due to this she could not return to her work as a police officer. She needed to rebuild her life and ‘start again’.
Following a year long rehabilitation she decided that she would throw her energy into being the best mother possible to her children.
Galit is a very active person and loves to go hiking, swimming and walking and has a number of exercises to improve her balance issues. Her favourite one is the hula hoop classes she takes every week.
She says that she loves being partnered with Bingo and her son says, “mummy enjoys sport and has fun with Bingo next to her.”
Bingo is one of the most positive things that has happened to me.
